TECHNICAL POLISHING
Technical polishing of industrial metal surfaces is truly an esoteric craft. While we continuously seek out and utilize advances in polishing technology such as automated and robotic systems, we continue our focus on manual polishing and believe the best and most consistent results are achieved with human ability and judgement, which automated systems have yet to reliably replicate. Our polishing team is proficient in all relevant techniques that meet or exceed industry standards including microscopic polishing and A-1 optical grade diamond lapping. We are consistently able to hold tolerances within 0.0003".
